These terms apply to Garage Sale posts, Events & Deals submissions, and future Marketplace features on La Plaza SA.
La Plaza SA provides a community venue where users and businesses can post listings. We do not own, inspect, guarantee, ship, or deliver items, and we do not control transactions between buyers and sellers.
Marketplace features are for local vendors, approved sellers, home kitchens, and established businesses. Product pages must include category, description, and specifications. Ratings and reviews are moderated.
A public seller alias or pseudonym may be shown on the storefront. Private phone or WhatsApp details may be collected for admin accountability and support and are not required to be publicly displayed.
La Plaza hosts the mini-site only. Sellers handle their own payment processing fees, refunds, fulfillment, customer transaction responsibilities, and the accuracy and legality of their advertising and promotional claims.
Marketplace does not allow used goods, resale, or secondhand inventory. Those belong in classifieds or other community channels if and when approved there.
No liquor/alcohol sales are allowed on La Plaza SA listings or Marketplace. No gold or silver jewelry sales are allowed. Marketplace does not allow used goods, resale, or secondhand inventory. We may remove any content we believe is prohibited, unsafe, or illegal.
Use the “Report” link on a post to report scams, prohibited items, or unsafe behavior. For urgent situations, contact local authorities.
